HERO Vision: All employers value health and well-being as a business imperative. HERO is a national non-profit dedicated to connecting science and practice to demonstrate the value of a health and well-being employer ecosystem. HERO Think Tank members have a hands-on role in the creation and dissemination of national workplace health and well-being policy, strategy, leadership, and infrastructure. Membership in the Think Tank allows individuals and organizations to be at the epicenter of a dynamic evolutionary process that enhances the sophistication and credibility of the industry. Facilitation of actionable research is one of the foundational cornerstones of HERO. Since 2022, HERO, with funding support from Ardmore Institute of Health, has been shepherding a movement to activate employers as agents of change in the implementation and integration of Lifestyle Medicine in the workplace through health and well-being offerings.
