The Lift Project is a lifestyle-based mental health and wellbeing program used in health care, workplaces, education, and community settings. The Lift Project was developed by Dr Darren Morton (PhD, FASLM), an internationally recognised wellbeing expert with special expertise in Lifestyle Medicine and an award-winning educator and researcher. This innovative, evidence-based program is certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, endorsed by the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine, and supported by numerous publications. Published studies on The Lift Project have shown that it significantly reduces depressive symptoms, anxiety, and stress while significantly increasing positive attributes of mental wellbeing such as vitality, life satisfaction and “flourishing”. The Lift Project is delivered online and administered in both face-to-face and online formats to individuals and small groups. It can also be cost-effectively applied in organisations of all sizes.
