Balanced Body Wellness provides mobility training and nutritional wellness coaching using a 'whole person' approach. Programs are tailored to fit any budget, from a weekly email program to one-on-one personalized coaching. Personalized coaching is done virtually with a physical therapist who is a certified nutrition coach, with focus placed on healthy habits and motivational interviewing techniques. Emphasis is placed on sustainability with regards to nutrition, movement, sleep, stress reduction, and mental mindset. Most people know what they should be doing to improve their health, but don't know how to incorporate those things into their lives.
