As the founder of The Tiny Beet, a Direct Patient Care (DPC) practice, she focuses on empowering families to use lifestyle as medicine to prevent chronic disease and help the management of mental illnesses. Her commitment to long-term health outcomes led her to co-found Purpose & Plants, an educational platform for adults and creation of The Compass Method their podcast.
