Dr. Adrian Rolle, DNP, APRN, FNP-C is a family nurse practitioner with over 9 years of experience in healthcare. He began his career in healthcare in 2013 after graduating from Oakwood University with a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, he began working on a cardiac unit in the acute care setting, caring for some of the most vulnerable patients in Atlanta, GA. He saw firsthand the deficiency in health literacy for many of the patients admitted to the hospital for cardiovascular disease issues. Along the way he developed a love for educating his patients.
In 2019, he graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston with a Masters Degree in Nursing and a concentration of family practice. He then was accepted into a family practice residency for nurse practitioners and began his doctorate program simultaneously. He graduated with his doctorate degree in 2021. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor of Graduate Nursing at Union University in Memphis, TN.
