USA Pulses is an innovative coalition committed to advancing one of the world’s most sustainable and nutrient-dense food groups: pulses. The USA Pulses Coalition includes pulse check off organizations, state grower groups, the USA Pulses e Trade Association, and the Pulse Foundation. Together, these organizations represent farmers, processors, exporters, food manufacturers, and allied partners who grow and use dry peas, lentils, chickpeas, and dry beans across the United States. Pulses are nutritional powerhouses, naturally rich in protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. They also play a key role in regenerative agriculture by enhancing soil health and reducing fertilizer use. USA Pulses invests in research, education, and technical support to highlight their health benefits, functional properties, and broad applications. Our mission is to expand the reach of pulses worldwide and deliver affordable, high-quality, and sustainable foods. By engaging with policymakers, health professionals, and industry, we work to expand their use across foodservice, retail, and manufacturing.
