American College of Culinary Medicine

The American College of Culinary Medicine leads the Culinary Medicine movement, with thousands of medical students, nursing students, residents, and healthcare and foodservice professionals trained every year. 

Certification in Culinary Medicine offers a combination of self-directed learning, hands-on cooking classes and culinary readings that prepare participants for the certification exam (offered 3 times per year).

Hands-on programming can be completed virtually via Zoom most months of the year, in person at teaching kitchens in the US and as part of the yearly Health meets Food: The Culinary Medicine Conference.
