Kasandra Sanidad, OMS-IV, is a fourth-year medical student at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She serves as the Vice President of Communications for ACLM Trainees, where she helps promote education and advocacy in lifestyle and preventive medicine. Kasandra is deeply dedicated to the osteopathic principles of holistic, patient-centered care and is passionate about community enrichment through service initiatives and active involvement in the Sigma Sigma Phi (SSP). Kasandra completed her yoga teacher training at Yoga State in May 2025. She loves teaching powerful, heat-building vinyasa flows that inspire freedom, confidence, and connection. Though early in her teaching journey, Kasandra is eager to continue growing as an instructor and sharing her passion for movement and mindfulness with others.
