Stephanie DeRouin is a nurse practitioner based in Tallahassee, Florida, with clinical experience in both urology and infectious disease. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Adult Health-Gerontology from Georgia State University in 2016.
Driven by a passion for prevention and whole-person health, Stephanie recently completed her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Lifestyle Medicine at Florida State University. Her professional interests include chronic disease prevention and management, behavior change, and integrating lifestyle medicine principles into primary and specialty care to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.
Outside of her professional role, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and their two children. As a family, they stay active, they are involved in their local church, cheer on their children through various sports activities, and enjoy baking homemade sourdough treats together. Stephanie is excited to share her work and engage with fellow healthcare professionals who are advancing the field of lifestyle medicine.
