Dr. Bih-Neh Estella is a clinician and digital health innovator serving as the Senior Clinical Education and Operations Associate at mDoc Healthcare. She earned her MD from the University of Buea and holds a leadership diploma from the African Leadership Academy. Her clinical career is deeply rooted in humanitarian work, having served as a Medical Focal Point for MSF in conflict zones, where she provided critical care to at-risk maternal and pediatric populations.
Currently, Dr. Estella leads mDoc’s cardiometabolic program, where she oversees virtual health coaching and lifestyle modification interventions for individuals living with diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. She bridges the gap between clinical practice and health technology by designing evidence-based curricula and providing clinical oversight for Kem, mDoc’s AI health coach. Passionate about health education, she is dedicated to training multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, digital behavior change support to scale chronic disease management across Sub-Saharan Africa.
