She has worked as a registered dietitian for over 16 years working in the Healthcare field. She has worked at Western Wisconsin Health in Baldwin Wisconsin for approximately 12 years. Since 2019 She has been part of Simple Health program that focuses on lifestyle medicine . Besides a dietitian our Simple Health team includes a Lifesyle medicine provider and a health and wellness coach. She sees patients in clinic with the provider and also teaches shared medical appointments with the provider. The 12-week intensive shared medical appointments address the pillars of lifestyle medicine. Her focus when working with patients is meeting them where they are and empowering them to take control of their health through small sustainable changes.
