Associate Professor, Director of the Riley Sleep Disorders Center
Indiana University
Fishers, Indiana, United States
I lead the Riley Sleep Disorders Center, one of the largest pediatric sleep programs in the US. I have extensive experience in implementing positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy and noninvasive ventilation (NIV) for children and adolescents, especially those with genetic disorders and obesity. I played a key role in establishing the CPAP clinic at Riley Hospital for Children in 2014.
Currently, we care for 675 children and adolescents on NIV.
Most recently, in January 2024, we launched the Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulator Program (HGNS) in partnership with our otolaryngology team, and I am developing new expertise in this field.
I also have a special interest in narcolepsy and led the establishment of the Hypersomnia program at our Sleep Center in 2023.
I am actively involved in leading the Sleep Fellowship at Indiana University and serve on several committees, including the Clinical Competency, Interview, Ranking, and Educational Committees.
