Davena Norris, Pharm.D., PhC, BCPS, DipACLM

Dr. Davena Norris is a Board-Certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional and clinical pharmacist. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of New Mexico in 2012 and completed a PGY1 residency at the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System. For over a decade, she served on an interprofessional care team with a family medicine residency program in Las Cruces, NM, treating patients across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Witnessing the profound impact of chronic illness—and the limitations of medication alone—led Dr. Norris to pursue lifestyle medicine. Since certifying in 2020, she has integrated lifestyle-based interventions into patient care, seeing transformative results. She also helped train pharmacy and family medicine residents in lifestyle medicine principles.

In 2025, she left Memorial Medical Center to launch her own lifestyle medicine program, focused on empowering patients through food, movement, and community. Dr. Norris looks forward to sharing her insights during the “Stump the Stars” session.
