Dr. Kerry Graff, MD serves as lead lifestyle medicine physician at Rochester Regional Health. She graduated from Cornell University in 1990 with a A.B. in Biology. After obtaining her MD degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine in 1994, she completed a family practice residency program at UPMC Shadyside in Pittsburgh, PA. She relocated to Canandaigua, NY after residency to practice family medicine. After experiencing a personal health transformation by adopting a whole food, plant-based diet in 2014, she earned her certificate in Plant-based Nutrition from e-Cornell and began incorporating lifestyle medicine principles into her practice of medicine. She was among the initial cohort to become board certified in Lifestyle Medicine in 2017.
After having a private hybrid family and lifestyle medicine practice for 5 years, she joined Rochester Regional Health in 2018 as lead lifestyle medicine physician, working to incorporate lifestyle medicine priniciples into the heart of the health system--it's primary care network.
She continues to serve as chief medical officer of 4Leaf Global and is the co-author of the 4Leaf Guide to Vibrant Health--Using the Power of Food to Heal Ourselves and Our Planet.
