Anticancer Lifestyle Program Free, evidence-based tools to reduce cancer risk and support whole-person health The Anticancer Lifestyle Program (ACLP) is a free, evidence-based program that empowers individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes in the areas of diet, fitness, mindset, and personal environment. Our goal is to reduce the risk of cancer, cancer recurrence, and other chronic illnesses—while improving overall well-being. The Program features a 9-hour, expert-led online course that’s self-paced and accessible, with practical, real-world strategies supported by current research. Participants can take the course independently or as part of a Learning Circle—a small group that meets in person or online to learn together, share ideas, and encourage one another. Learning Circles can also be offered in clinical settings, including as reimbursable Shared Medical Appointments or Group Behavioral Health Interventions. In addition to the course, ACLP offers CE-accredited content, webinars, downloadable eBooks, 7-day Kickstarts, recipes, blogs, and toolkits—developed and reviewed by experts in integrative oncology, fitness, nutrition, public health, and behavior change. More than 100,000 people in over 130 countries have engaged with our resources. Whether you’re a healthcare provider looking for trusted tools for your patients, or someone seeking guidance to support your own health, ACLP provides credible, evidence-based resources that meet people where they are.
